I ordered the hotel stay of 5 nights for my parents, half board. I am filling this review on behalf of them. My parents are 70+ year old and they had great fun staying at the hotel. The food was great and fresh, everything was clean and the hotel had good facilities. The lobby was favoured by my parents, and they say that the crew was extremely helpful. Due to their age, and the fact they didn't want to spend the money I gave them on taxis, they told mr they used public transportation because everything was so close to the hotel (light train and buses). On my end, I can tell you that the hotel has a concierge like team, whom tailored the stay for my parents, with me, on phone calls. Best value for money in an Israeli hotel that I ever got for my parents!

All the management staff are always willing to help in any way. Pro active and asks if everything is okay. The room is clean, the food is good, location is very convenient especially to take the light rail (only 3min walk) Especially thank Morsi, Wafa, Shireen whom we already know from previous stay @ Prima Park. They have always been very helpful. This time also Nadya who is very pleasant and helpful from Day 1.... already aware of our requests. We like it that the hotel has kosher meals, so that attracts the local and not just foreign guests. So it's lively yet pleasantly quiet. Feast times or Shabbat are very nice happy times. The view from our window towards the Chord bridge is very nice!!

I'm giving the hotel a 10 as it was a very nice spot to stay. I'd give the country of Israel however a ZERO to visit. I was so excited to spend time in the holy Land until the moment I landed at the airport and was harassed by immigration officials for nearly 5 HOURS before allowing entry into an staunch ally. It put a bad taste in my mouth. Not to mention the Israeli people in general are the most rude and unfriendedly group I've ever met in all my world travels. Hotel was great. Everything else was horrible about that place. You'd think in the holy Land people would be nicer.

Good location, close to bus & light rail stops. Very comfortable bed & and nice room. However, there was no milk (even powdered) in the room for coffee. Also, there was no conditioner in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and tasty with many choices. But my wife, who is vegan, had to ask for soya milk (it wasn't put out as a default option), and there weren't any avocadoes available. On a general note, because the hotel is near busy roads, sometimes it can be noisy during the night.

Martin

The staff, particularly Stephanie at the front desk, were very pleasant to deal with. There are a fair number of older adults from the north of Israel who have been forced to vacate their homes due to constant shelling and have been living at the hotel for a number of months. They clearly felt cared for and a part of the hotel community, something that brought me a great deal of comfort and great appreciation for the hotel.
